Hello and Welcome. You may know exactly what brings you to therapy, or only sense that something isn't right. Both are good places to begin. Therapy offers an opportunity to make sense of what has shaped you, understand what may be getting in your way and discover new ways of relating to yourself, others and to the life you want to live.
The understanding developed in therapy becomes most meaningful when it can be lived beyond the therapy room.
As an Existential Psychotherapist, I believe that greater self awareness facilitates greater freedom in how we choose to live. My work is grounded in existential philosophy while drawing on contemporary psychological research and integrative therapeutic approaches. At its heart is the belief that therapy should offer more than insight alone. My hope is that what emerges through therapy leads to change that continues to shape how you live long after each session ends. I work with adults (18+) navigating a number of challenges such as anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity, low self-esteem, life transitions, or a sense of being “stuck”.
Therapy is not only for times of struggle, it also offers a pathway to greater self leadership. Many clients seek space for reflection, growth and clarity.
At the heart of my approach is collaboration. Confidentiality, respect and compassion are central to my work with everyone I see. I also support clients in high-pressure, public-facing roles, where discretion can feel particularly sensitive.
Ultimately therapy isn't about following a fixed path, but creating one that feels your own. If you would like to begin that conversation, I invite you to get in touch. Our work begins with what matters most to you.
